Not to Fight w/ Roommate

TKZwycieski commits to:
not starting fights with my roommate. I will not get into convoluted arguments to cover for lies - big or small. I will refrain from insults, or using the silent treatment to control my wish for a fight. I will not be cold and say it keeps me from arguing. Anything you think will be blamed for a fight, assume it will be counted as a breakage of contract. Lady of the 13 Moons gets the final say. If broken I must take roommate to hotel immediately (paid w/ stakes) until I find her a room to rent.
