| This week was hard to do exercise because I was by myself and did not have staff. I don't know if I will have staff next week or not. I am going to try to remember. | |

| Last week I did all three days of exercise. This week has been harder. I missed Monday exercise class because I went to dinner with my new roommate and I do not think I want to go swimming tonight. | |
