ANIMAL PROTEIN: 3 servings of the following animal protein per day. 4 oz cooked protein/5 oz raw, 5 oz cooked fish/6 oz raw at a time or one can sardines or 1 piece portioned frozen salmon/halibut/ 1/2 cod or fillet of sole package or 1 piece portioned frozen duck, 1 chicken breast (not both chicken breasts of one chicken – only one of the 2 breasts on one chicken).
Unlimited eggs. Can mix eggs with nut/seeds for pan
