| I did not have AHA on Monday this week because of Labor Day, and on Tuesday my allergies were bothering me but I tried to exercise but my staff and i were having a problem because I needed to take a break and staff would not let me. My plan for the rest of the week is to exercise on Wednesday and Thursday. | |
