The times of the day when I'm working on the items on the list I'm using this method with good success. The problem is that I have partially reduced the working times...anyway, in the next days I'll post some new "inner game" committments...

I confirm what I wrote last week, even if not every day I could practice this a lot. From tomorrow on, I want to gear it up this way: each productive hour I'll have an alarm sounding, to get a better notion of time, and manage it more tightly. Let's try!

Well, I can still improve a lot, but it's working up to a large degree! This week I managed to complete a total "volume" of productive effort definitely larger than in the previous weeks! Let's march on, aiming higher and higher!
