I figured out that I need 56 independent sessions of 34 minutes to have any effect whatsoever on my hefty behind. And 13 additional sessions of 45 minutes. So the goal needs to be 5 days of 34 minutes (over 12 weeks) and a sixth day of 45 (for 12 weeks). Damn. Why or why did I eat so much over the years?

Yesterday I did cardio for 7 minutes due to my arriving late to my workout with Jean. Last night I went back to the gym with Kaija and put forth another 7 minute effort. Today, after eating 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds, cereal, soy milk, and 2 dried plums, and 2 glasses of water, I posted a 20 minute cardio effort on the ellipitical trainer. I am very proud of myself. I am so blasted though. A quick bath seemed to help temporarily, but now I am back in my bed resting.
