Monday through Friday:
1) No going on Youtube, Movie Trailer sites, or any other video sites (except for watching informative instructional videos). 2) No listening to pop songs (except maybe in cars). 3) No reading the news or going on news websites. The rules above can only be broken in case of absolute emergencies. (ex: parents want you to watch something, friends want you to see something, or doing some kind of important research, or when you're in someone else's place, vacation, etc.)
