Hands down, I used the affirmations but not the visualization. I've read that the best time for that is in bed before sleep, but I almost always fall asleep too quickly to do it. So I must change strategy

The problem with my previous committment, only partially successful, about my working discipline, was, now I realize, that it was too fuzzy. Since some of the problematic sides where systematic getting up early and use of affirmations and visualization, here they are
