| I have stopped the upwards trend and lost 0.2, not significant but as I have been walking a lot the last week, I feel better than in a long time. | |

| Ok, so I have been walking a lot and minding what I eat. I am happy to say that it shows on the scale - finally down! 0,5 kg and I hope it continues - well I have to continue to do good stuff of course. | |
