| It's been a little crazy during the holidays and unfortunately, I made my goal weight because of some gnarly sickness, possibly the flu. But hey, what ever works at this point! :) | |

| Another 3 pounds! Thank you, Lord, but I'm sorry I wasn't as committed this week and actually gained 1 pound from the miracle on Monday... I haven't been good about walking this week, though I've been loving all of this Scripture memorizing! I am still adjusting to these commitments and disciplines which is contrary to my "free spirit" personality, as well as many years of being "comfortable" (which ironically isn't comforting at all). All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms, because we are united with Christ! Ephesians 1:3 NOW THAT IS COMFORTING!!! | |
