Read the financial news daily for an hour a day, totaling 7 hours a week. If I don't finish in one day, I have to read for 2 hours the next day (and the hours double until I finish them). For example, if I skip an hour on Monday, then I have to read 2 hours extra on Tuesday in addition the the hour on Tuesday for a total of 3 hours. If I still don't read on Tuesday, then the hours double to 4 hours so on Wednesday, I would have to read 4+2+1 = 7 hours.
