So, I have to think this one through. I golfed once, so I will count that. I went to the gym once. I walked twice. So, I was short one session, but that is an improvement from the previous week, gradually getting things back on track. |

This is the week we closed on the house. Not much else happening this week but that. Kind of a lifetime event that overshadowed everything, but I will get back on track today. |

This past week, I ran on Sunday and Tuesday, hiked on Thursday, went to the gym on Monday, so I missed a day. Buying a house is a distraction!
So far this week is off to a good start...... worked out at the gym on Sunday, March 8th. |

I ran Tuesday again, but was distracted by Jennifer's text, which screwed up the later half of the run. I also fell! I caught myself with my hands and there was no residual damage. No embarrassment either. No one was around. So grateful I didn't hurt myself. Yesterday was Wednesday and I didn't do anything, except see an inspiring movie..... McFarland, based on the true story of a cross country coach seeking redemption.
Today I will hike Tom Thumb with Tom, kind of looking forward to it. Maybe a big dose of the sun is exactly what I need. Still depressed. Not sure why. So that will be two days of running, one day of hiking and one day at the gym. I will go to the gym one more a day this week and that will be five days! |
