| I think I made my goals to hard. There goes $28.00 to gay-haters. Oh well, I know to be more reasonable next time. I still lost 8 pounds, after all! | |

| Didn't make it this week. I exercised nearly everyday but didn't eat well, particularly after 9. I have to cut back on night eating except when friends are here. | |

| Surprised I made this week's goal! It might be my lab's scale - I'm going to head down to the gym to cross check my weight there, but regardless I'm counting this one! | |

| Feeling pretty great about making my goal, even if I had to take off the majority of my clothing to meet it. This was a great week's start (besides my weekend in North Carolina...). I think I can do this. | |
