| and this is why technology is awful, i accidentally marked something from Stickk as spam and totally forgot to report til now. I als need to get back in the habit of doing as it happens updates instead of all in one reports. This week! Last week went to the gym twice for 45 minutes of delightful elliptical intervals and an epic snowy walk that according to my phone was 13.1 miles (a half marathon!). | |
