Today I ran 2.03 miles in 15:17 at a 7:26 pace, with 252 cal burned. Tomorrow I will complete a Kingsbury workout, one that I will formulate during school. I also want to try to get a 2 mile run in if I have time. I will also complete Week 1 Day 3 of push-up challenge. |

Today I ran 1.64 miles. I planned on running 2 miles, however I had an awkward heart palpitation so I decided to play it safe and walked back from where I was, which was right near the park. I also did a 2:20x1:10 plank at Kingsbury, and completed Week 1 Day 2 of the 100 Pushup challenge. I struggled a bit, but finished up with a solid 14 max at the end. I got in a Kingsbury session, my standard routine. Tomorrow, I want to draw up a new routine. I need to remember the sacrifices that I made and will continue to make, and that just simply drawing up a new routine is hardly any work at all and will greatly make my workouts more efficient. I also want to follow through and run two miles and not start on the hill side, but the Colony side of the house. I want to start experimenting with my routes once the path clears up. I will complete my next pushup challenge on Thursday, along with my next Kingsbury workout.
Tomorrow:
- Draw up a new weight room routine
- Run 2 miles, regardless of pace. I'm looking to maximize distance rather than speed
- Plank
- Rest
Also, I am going to post some progress pics. BRB |

Today I was sick, but I still did a 2:20x1:10 plank and ran 1.31 miles in 9:39, at a 7:21 pace. I will run 2 miles tomorrow and I will do another 2:20x1:10 plank. I will go to Kingsbury, and I will do my pushup challenge along with my standard workout. I will fight through the negative feelings of not wanting to go and I will remind myself of the goal I am working towards. |

I did nothing yesterday, which I guess is good as it lets me recover. |
