| This is becoming easier than I expected! I was at a birthday party yesterday, and it was easy not to eat cake. Back at home – the chocolate chip cookies also did not entice me. Then again, I had a loose interpretation of the caramel rolls. | |

| Problem at the Guthrie, but I have righted the ship since then. Does coffee cake count? Have to read the label. Same with a Starbucks frappucino. Most encouraging sign about this--I am starting to read William Duffy's book "Sugar Blues." | |
