| Since I have been back from Arizona, this hasn't been happening, not once that I recall. I got back on March 28th; today is April 7th, close to two weeks. So, time to recommit at a realistic level. I will work out today (Tuesday); the most realistic time I will do this is right after my dental appointment. Then its done. I will go to the gym right after my appointment. I won't get to the office until 10:30 but I will have this done. If that doesn't work because I have my woman's meeting today ( I spotted an email from Kyra), then I will run after work in the forest. Then I will work out Thursday morning on the treadmill here, and then on Saturday morning at the gym. | |
