I was off the wagon and I did not weigh myself cause I knew I gained some weight. so this week I started from tuesday and I was doing ok in this 2 days this is my third day . I was though taking 2 beers at night with 3 to 4 snus, that I have to change and I am not moving at all and I should fix that too. |

Hej IT, I found a new way for you to hit your goal, and by the way you now weigh 89.5!! wow how did that happen? well I guess too much alkohol too many buffet resturant, and not moving at all. besides being depressed and all that shit!
so I found a way its called low fat raw viggan! look if I can survive the first month, or the first week frankly
I think you are going to be in a good place for your B.D so you have 20 weeks lets wish for losing 20 which makes you 70 by your B.D! thats great! I wish you luck! :* |

I have to start my days much sooner! and try to go to the gym every day,
and I found out about a very good way I eating :
1. my green shake
2. zukini omelet
3. dark kale + mushrooms + seeds like sesam
4.laktosefri kevarg+ frozen berries+ nuts+coconut powder+ kummin
5. fresh green salad +eggs+ avocado
6.if necessary some shrimps or kalkon brest or chicken brest or fish + lots of kummin+mint+ ginger+ oniion +garlic to make them warm!
thats all I need + cycling 2 hours every day!
thats all it takes for me to have a life I deserve!
please help me do this!
