Lo-carb food/drink ONLY--keep under 20g CHO/day and around 60g PRO/day--standard 2/3.5/3.5 PRO and 3.5x3 or 4 CHO should be the norm. No sucrose/glucose/fructose. Food intake planned in advance when at all possible. No food between meals. No compulsive eating--weigh and measure everything unless not really possible. Few sips of alcohol OK at formal dinners. No cocoa preps unless scheduled a day in advance. Commitment ends 05/30/15.
