Lo-carb ONLY. < 20g CHO/day; ~ 62g PRO/day Norm = 2/3.5/3.5 PRO and 3.5x3 or 4 CHO. APIW slight variance OK- Father’s Day & July 4. No nutrition between meals except C1/C2, up to 1T alcohol 1-2x/week. PRO shake w/1T cocoa OK on workout nights. No compulsive eating—even during food prep. Weigh and measure everything unless impossible. No desserts with meals unless APIW. No slips OK, No renegotiation. No makeups. Ends 23:59 07/04/15.
