I commit to staying within 500 calories of my calorie goal everyday. I can't keep letting myself get out of control or making excuses to why I can splurge. I have a weight goal and I want to reach it dammit!

| It's a good thing I started this on a Saturday...my usual go above as much as I want day. It's usually my inactive day, hence why I allow it. But since I have to report today, it's an extra reminder...and I report before the day is over so I really really can go over...I just submitted that I didn't! I can't lie. And that's been big for me since doing this. Since I didn't include anyone else, or set it up to lose money, it's all me. I don't want to disappoint myself. I don't want to lie to myself. And that's how it should be, whether it's because of a commitment I made on here or not. I want it and I'm going to stick(k) to it! | |

| I've had some close calls. This app has really helped. I made a six week commitment and I'm sticking to it. I want to be able to submit each week saying that I didn't go over 500. I've gone for walks to make sure and I've told myself no when I want to eat more cuz I feel like it. I'm gonna make it all the way through and when I get back from my vaca, I intend to continue this until I reach my goal weight. I'm not going to reach it if I keep letting myself eat too much because of emotional eating. I also need to stop letting myself go over my goal everyday like I have been. Goals exist for a reason. I need to stop making excuses just to eat more. | |
