If not APIW, B = Normal, L & D revert to 15 / 30 PRO shake, respectively, no cocoa. Lo-carb ONLY. <20g CHO/day; 62g PRO/day Norm = 2/3.5/3.5 PRO and 3.5x3 or 4 CHO. No nutrition between meals except: C1/C2; up to 1T alcohol 1-2x/week; 4 lc snacks <200 cal per week – no APIW OK (1T PB OK here only); PRO shake w/1T cocoa OK on workout nights. No compulsive eating—inc. food prep. Weigh and measure everything unless impossible. No slips OK
