Goal is 5 miles (but at least 10K steps) per day per FitBit. 6 of 7 days/week. Try to keep it roughly @ 750/steps per hour from 0700-2200. FitBit battery failure counts as the day off. If unable to make count, OK to make up the following day. Sick days don’t count as day off. If days are very uneven for good reason--travel, etc. it's OK to sub 60K steps for the week.
