| I do ok when I'm in my normal routine at home, but when something unusual comes up, like the trip to Iowa, I have a much harder time sticking to good choices. I'm starting to just get annoyed with myself, which I can hopefully channel into success. | |

| Starting to get back on track. I think I'm feeling the winter hibernation syndrome coming on, but I think I have a new level of focus starting this weekend. But I was pretty far off to start with, so I've still got quite a way to go. Summer bodies are made in the winter. | |

| This week did not go very well... I'm blaming the stress of starting a new job, but I'm not sure. It seems like I'm not seeing the same results I was over the last few months. Time to really buckle down, because I'm not ok with this. | |
