So, here is what i realized - i am working out more often, 5 times instead of 3 but, i am doing 5 - 30 minute workouts and stopping - even if i feel the urge to continue. I am like, whelp i am done!!! before, i would do 3 more intense workouts (at least an hour - sometimes more) - i am not sure how to do 5 more intense workouts --- bec, i keep letting myself be done at 30 minutes.
