I declare my previous commitment null and void due to breaking it so feel the need for a new one that is similar with a few extras. I fully commit to the following for 16 weeks: None of the usual bad sugar items, pastry, cheese, dairy (except organic yoghurt), bread and to limit processed foods and try to eat organic where possible. To train 5 - 6 times pw - no excuses. To keep to strict fasting 9pm-1pm every day, bed by 10:30 when there is a work day the next day. I will commit to this 100%.
