doing at least 10 minutes of Qi Gong exercises daily. Anything I've learned from Scott counts, including warm-ups and cool-downs, but the 10 minutes must be timed and it must be done all at one time. Commitment to end on Saturday, 10/31/09.

Did 80+ minutes of Qi Gong on Sunday, 11/1/09. Class was in a park, in beautiful Fall sunshine, with nearby bird noises--very nice! Calling it 62 days in a row. Glad you're back!

Heh, I've done that lose-track-of-the-evening thing for stuff I do each day! If I think I've done it, then I probably did, so congrats on sticking with it! Go Karen!

Did 15+ minutes of Qi Gong on Saturday, 10/31--I THINK--later that evening, I wasn't absolutely sure which evening I was remembering. Calling it 61 days in a row.
