limiting my recreational reading as follows, today: only losf page checks before 5:30pm. Mp3 player use OK after return from evening appointment/errands until 10:30pm at latest. Computer rec-reading OK after return from evening appointment and errands and after getting vegetable soup cooking, until 10:30pm at latest.

| Soup was well along when my 9:30 internet window came up--I did digress for 10 minutes to grab some things to read, later, but then went back and finished the soup. Met the letter of the goal otherwise, I think. Going to call it a success. | |
