brooklynbunker commits to:
- Eating at least 130 grams of protein per day.
- Recording everything in MyFitnessPal everyday. - Eating 1500-2000 calories per day. You will start at 1500 and if you have problems, you will change calories the FOLLOWING day. You must always stick with morning calorie decisions. -All of this applies six days per week. On the off day you may only go over up to 500 calories. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS IF IT BEGINS TO EFFECT SOCCER PRACTICE. In that case you may up calories 200-300 calories.
