Follow FGI8, 100 push-ups 5 days a week, calories to 1200 plus 100 calorie makeup per exercise session, only whole grains and no sugar (except for one daily treat daily - within calories-, and free meal), one free meal weekly-just meal and dessert, no before or after -, and one day to go up to 1700 calories. Only 3 free popcorn nights!!
