I've just been lazy. Not tracking calories, and eating whatever I wanted. One thing I have determined is the importance of tracking the items I eat. I can feel my body and understand how important it is to exercise as well as track my calories, because I feel more awake, alive and clear. Clarity is the result of good eating and drinking habits and with the amount of things on my plate right now, clarity is the greatest dividend (beyond weight loss) and my new necessary result.

Yesterday I ate like crap. But I felt yucky. So I am going to be kind to myself. Today, I will get out to exercise a bit.

I'm gaining the weight back because I have stopped tracking my calories.

I tanked this week, but I'm realizing a lot of it has to do with a busy schedule and fatigue. That and emotions are what get the best of me. I've started today in a better place, so I'm trying again. My goal is 139 by the end of the week. No more 140s.
