Vacation and laziness have caused my weight to sky rocket. But I dropped almost two pounds yesterday so I'm going to continue on today.

Gonna try again this week. The first week of summer left me feeling lazy and unmotivated. What works for me is exercise and less eating, especially at night. I get super cranky, though, when I don't eat. 146

I've just been lazy. Not tracking calories, and eating whatever I wanted. One thing I have determined is the importance of tracking the items I eat. I can feel my body and understand how important it is to exercise as well as track my calories, because I feel more awake, alive and clear. Clarity is the result of good eating and drinking habits and with the amount of things on my plate right now, clarity is the greatest dividend (beyond weight loss) and my new necessary result.

Yesterday I ate like crap. But I felt yucky. So I am going to be kind to myself. Today, I will get out to exercise a bit.
