| This weekend tripped me up. I was right on track before that, and I thought I was doing ok, but the family events just involved too much holiday eating. I think it's only going to get more difficult closer to Christmas, but I'm feeling more committed. | |

| I'm almost surprised that I did it this week! Thanksgiving wasn't as tough as I'd thought. I think now I'll be getting to the slightly tougher part where I'll have to start making some real changes. | |
