Run 3 times Sat/Sun/Mon, Tues/Wed, Thurs/Fri. Strength train all exercises 2 times Tues and Thurs. Mon Arms/Squats/Lunges. Exercises before dinner. Drink 80oz water. Exempt if anyone in Fam is sick or we are traveling overnight.
