I have been running pretty much every other day and sticking to a fairly healthy diet, with the exception of the chocolate pancake and salt and vinegar chips I consumed late last night.

I ran 3/4 of a mile today and ate the following: 2 sunny-side up eggs, 1 sausage, and milk for breakfast and 2 pieces of avocado toast and 1/2 of an interrobang smoothie for lunch. So, kinda healthy.
