I think I could work harder. I'm not drinking enough water or eating a properly. Today I will try to make more an effort. I have to make a change.

So I weighed myself this morning and I'm actually heavier than I thought. I weigh 182lbs not 177lbs so I have put 5lbs in a week. I really need to stop the weight gain. My dad saw me yesterday and said I looked slimmer but I'm actually bigger than the last time he saw me. It's sad to have your family look at you like what happened you were never this big. It's what I say to myself every time I look in the mirror.

I'm going to drink more water each day to help me with staying on track. I will also work out at least three times a week to help me get started on the weight loss.
