I did not report on the 14th as I could not recall seeing an alert.
In any event, I tend to meditate throughout the week on my way to work but the weekends tend to fall apart. I would adjust my commitment to meditate 5 out of 7 days. I would then set a goal as to how i can get to meditating everyday of the week

So far so good. I tend to miss the days that are holidays and the weekend. What I need to do to overcome this is to meditate at the same time each day
