| This plan is scrapped. I bounced back hard against the constant cutting, but I'm not worried about that. I'm 186.6 this morning, and starting again. :D | |

| I failed to meet this goal. It was unrealistic, and I'm not going to worry about it. I'm going to simply let this end, then refocus on going from where I am. (185, today) | |

| Hardest last-minute stretch of cutting I had. On Monday I was 185, and spent the last three days putting everything I ate in MyFitnessPal. Good, in a way, to really get back into the habit. | |
