That's great! I do HIIT most of the time as well. It's a great way of getting my strength training in quickly and with high intensity. But I also love yoga. Is there a style you enjoy most. I'm far from an expert on it but I've grown to enjoy it quite a bit. Thanks for your encouragement Anne! |

Hi Chris! Sorry Stickk doesn't alert you to people answering your comments so I didn't see this until I thought to check in with you again. My name is Anne - I leave it as RJ for privacy :) And we def all need encouragement with consistent exercise.
I used to do HIIT all last year which is the first exercise I found that I loved since high school sport and it enabled me to build a really good foundational strength now I pretty much like most movements but ironically I dont do hiit anymore and do yoga most days instead.
Do you do RPM or road cycling? |
