I commit to not put any refiend carbohydrates or sugar into my body except on Saturdays (cheat days) for next 2 months. This is to stop myself from eating shitty biscuits and snacks at work. My body is a holy chamber, my utmost resource for movement and happiness. Let's feed it with only good stuff!

It's been 6 weeks for not eating any 'Unreal' 'processed' snacks or food
except Saturday. Now when I look at packaged snacks and processed food, I just go 'Okay, not an option'

So not eating refined sugars has been so easy..
Just not an option! Indulged on tacos at Taco bell on Sat night.. so that was a good cheat day!
