Ugh. First day of not meeting goal range in weeks. I guess I should be in some ways grateful I just had "out = in" instead of "in more than out." I guess that's something. Still, feeling like I'm starting to lost momentum. Need to kick myself back on track. Also probably need some new satisfying easy snacks to have on hand and keep things fresh. |

Going steady and strong meeting the goal of consuming 750 cal less than I burn each day. Wish it showed up more on the scale ( I seem to have plateaued this week) but I am just trying to stick with it and have faith it will pay off ! |
