| It's amazing but the scale said I weighed 197 lbs. That's all from restricting my food intake. Oh and also Orange Theory. But a few days ago I was expecting to be around 200 lbs. At this rate, I may be able to get down to my target weight of 180 lbs soon. Anything around 185lbs would be sufficient though. I have a lot of muscle mass! | |
