2 days mx allowed timings are ok but 7 days consistency is best

sleep by : 11:00 pm
woke up : 6:00 am

bed room : 11:00 pm
sleep by : 11:30 pm
woke up : 6:30 am

Putting it a success as trying to stick to sleep time and don't worry about the morning. it helps when I am exercising
