Try to achieve normal or Ideal times for atleast 5 days in week. 2 days mx allowed timings are ok but 7 days consistency is best Ideal: bed room : 10:30 pm sleep by : 11:00 pm woke up : 6:00 am Normal bed room : 11:00 pm sleep by : 11:30 pm woke up : 6:30 am Max (for 2 days only): bed room : 11:30 pm sleep by : 12:00 pm woke up : 7:00 am
