snoo commits to:
I don't drink enough water. Some reasons are that I don't like it, it makes me pee, etc.
From now I will commit to drinking at least 1L of water. This is in addition to any teas, coffees, that I usually drink. This is actually a very achievable task and I should be able to achieve it all the time. My technique is rather simple: I have 1L bottles of water, I'll fill those with water and keep it in the fridge. In the morning, I'll get it out and I have all day to drink it.
