| Sunday was a strange day. I stayed up till past 3am on Saturday night and didn't wake up and get out of bed until 12:30! I almost said fuck it and just gave up on my goal, but instead I did what I could. I showered, cleaned up, and dressed. Even though it was after 11am I'm still going to consider the weekend successful. I have to remember that I'm not looking for perfection, I'm looking for any success, big or small. So even though I wasn't up and ready before 11am, I did what I could; I didn't give up. That's what counts. | |

| I was out of town for the weekend. We were busy living life so it was quite natural to get up and get ready for the day's adventure. The Omaha zoo one day and the solar eclipse the next. | |

| Without even thinking, it's become habit to shower and dress fairly early in the morning. Even on vacation it was easy to accomplish. | |

| Such a small habit with a big effect. Once I change and clean myself up I feel more confident and more motivated to make something of the day. But I'm not pushing myself to be hyper productive and then stressing myself out. Nice and easy. | |
