| I screwed this up. Stress is a bitch. Had a day off and decided that i can do whatever i want. Feel upset now. But let's take it as a part of a process. | |

Had a bad poker session. Was a bit frustrated. I want to play so bad)) It feels like i'm dying. But still, don't want to lose those 40$. Need to remember, why i decided not to play: -It's huge rush of dopamine, which make everything else less attractive, but i want to live clear, conscious life!! -It always feel bad after couple days of playing -Games is for suckers) -It waste my time, energy, health -I want to stick to my commitments, to develop a strong willpower and self-belief It's even better to watch a movie, or read a book for 2hrs, and get back to work, than to go into virtual world for a ton of hours. Fuck those bastards who created so addictive games, i'm stronger than that. |
