I commit to perform sitting meditation (min 5 min/session) at work twice a day for at least four days a week for a month with the ambition of creating a new habit. Attention restauration and stress reduction is the long-term goal.

Har mediterat en gång per dag hela v men bara 2ggr vid några tillfällen. Omöjligt uppdrag? Eller bara tar tid att vänja sig?

Klarade bara av en gång/dag de flesta dagarna. Bättre än inget, men jag borde kunna klara 2 ggr/dag
