I have realized that I often just sit around until the Today show is over (at 11) on my days off. I am starting to feel like a bump on a log!!!! So, my goal is to get moving off the couch after I finished my tea. I can go to Sensazao or on days where I do weights, I can do weights while I watch Today show. I need to be out of the house by 10:30 for Sensazao or another gym!
A subsection: I will lift THREE times a week (SolidCore, CorePower, pump or free weights) due to no more OT shifts!
