I commit to eating clean 6 days a week with 1 cheat day. I will begin Wednesday 11/15 with a minimum of 6 clean days. However since I prefer my cheat day to be Saturday or Sunday, I may extend this to 10 days. At a minimum 6 clean days will be completed before the first cheat day. A cheat day is one calendar day, no rollover to another day.
