Practicing flute at least 3 hours with best concentration (Unless that day is occupied with work, in that case at least practice the warm-ups, possibly the pieces as well with the greatest attention) for the UK audition in Mid Jan. During the practice, I must record it, and reflect to how I played it.

| Today is the last day of my Stickk project. I know had been a bit lazy sometimes, I didn't fully commit to this project. I was feeling guilty for not having enough determination to work my best every day. I was lost. I was depressed. I was stressed. And I did not know what to do. But at least I did not give up. i pick back up my flute. Although it does not sound very good, but at least I am trying to make it work. I will continue to work hard. Fail, Fail again, but keep getting up again. | |

| I have been lazy since I have the RNCM offer. I didn’t practice flute. I was taking lessons, teaching and having fun. But I am not living as a musician. I need to work hard again to prepare for the audition on 21st Jan. | |

| Day24 I did not practice the flute again. Found zero motivation to work. See no life purpose and what to do with my flute. It sucks. | |
